When problem starts, the user needs to issue the request for the URL twice by double clicking on the menu item
No error messages received in any log when messenger is not receiving request from Internet
Messenger not receiving request for .htm page in URL from Internet after running for several hours
Broker and agents start
Broker is registered with Nameserver
Messenger is WSIAS
Messenger, NameServer, Broker and Agents running on Windows 2000
FIX:
Changed the messenger from WSIAS to CGIIP and now the broker is receiving requests.
