Error 98 in webspeed server log file at the time of receiving error 6019 and 6383 in browser
CAUSE:
Webspeed application is trying to write its own log files to log subdirectory but does not have permission to do so.
FIX:
Open write permission for log subdirectory so the application can write to it.
