Rfutil list command polls the database at one-minute intervals
List command hangs with 100% usage on one CPU
Log file shows the ai switching at intervals that are less than a minute in some cases
Users can continue to work
Users can continue to login
Current setup worked fine on K200 box with two 32-bit CPU's
Stack trace from _rfutil reads:

CHANGE:
Moved to new, faster hardware
CAUSE:
Timing issue with two rfutil processes attempting to run at the same time.
FIX:
Change script to run rfutil list only after an AI switch occurs
