GOAL:
Is there a program which is able to connect to a Progress Database without setting up a ODBC and DNS?
FIX:
Progress 4 GL Client can connect to a Progress database without any ODBC and DNS configuration:
- Through shared memory, requires same version and patch level
and
- Through TCP/IP, which does not requires same version or patch level
