Occurs on all databases
CAUSE:
The promsgs file in the DLC (Progress installation) directory is corrupted.
FIX:
Contact Progress Technical Support to verify the promsgs file is the correct size for the Progress Service Pack level you are currently on. If the file is the wrong size, Progress Technical Support can send a file of the correct size. The promsgs file can only be replaced when all databases on the system are shut down.
