Progress Explorer 9.1C and 9.1D do not retain instances
Instances in 9.1C Progress Explorer are lost after work being done in 9.1D Progress Explorer
CHANGE:
Installed Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
The 9.1C %DLC%/proexp12.msc does not have the proper format as it was shipped with 9.1C CD.
FIX:
Please download proexp12.msc from ftp://ftp.progress.com/pub/customer/outgoing/techsupport/P68983/proexp12.msc , put it to %DLC91C% on your Windows and start 9.1C Progress Explorer again. Now the instances will be retained.
