FIX:
It is not possible to revoke permissions from the SYSPROGRESS user. The only way is to change the user authentication so that no one can login to SQL-92 as SYSPROGRESS, in other words by specifying a secret password that only the DBA should know.
Please also note that the SYSPROGRESS was not intended to be used as a day to day user, but instead as a way to get in via SQL-92 to create another SQL-92 DBA account if this didn't exist.
