Error when trying to add a new index to the database.
Only happens in Character environment
Only one Area exist, besides the Schema Area.

CAUSE:
Bug# 20001129-027
When entering the Index editor, the Area selection list appears correct, but when 'ADD' is selected, it truncates the area names.
FIX:
This issue has been resolved in 9.1B05.
