SYMPTOM(s):
The FGCOLOR of the combo-box cannot be changed if 'combo-box:sensitive = no'
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020807-021
CAUSE:
Windows does not allow to set the foreground color of combo-boxes, selection-lists, editors, and native fill-ins (VIEW-AS FILL-IN NATIVE) when they are disabled.
This limitation was not documented.
FIX:
The documentation is fixed in the OpenEdge 10.1B release
