SYMPTOM(s):
Webspeed agents are not reconnecting to remote databases using DATABASES environment variable
The DATABASES environment variable is not working for remote database connections
Error 778: Error reading <socket> ret=<n>, errno 0 (778)
Error reading socket, ret=10054, errno=2. (778)
** Incomplete write when writing to the server. (735)
Database <db> not connected (1006)
Errors 778, 735 and 1006 are written in webspeed server log file
Databases have been shut down and restarted
Webspeed broker has to be brought down and restarted to establish connections
The agents are client-server connecting to databases
Using DATABASES webspeed environment variable

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00083851
FIX:
Trim the agents to 0, or shutdown and restart the broker, immediately after database is shutdown to work around the problem if possible.
