Automatic Container linking using PrimarySdo does not work with Static Containers
Cannot automatically link a Static Container using the PrimarySdo link

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00093441
FIX:
None at this time.
The following can be use as a workaround:
Modified the "createLinks" procedure in the sessionmanager to support Static Containers.
