Unable to create Printer Device Context:(4110) Windows 95
When using sophisticated printers (such as bar code thermal printers)
in Windows 95, an error of "Unable to create Printer Device Context:
(4110)" may indicate an incompatibility within the printer driver in
use. For troubleshooting purposes, uninstall the printer and then
"add new printer" specifying "Generic - Text Only" printer and then
select "Print directly to printer" (do not use the print spooler).
The above changes solved an issue with a Zebra bar code printer.
