1. Place perfcollect.sh script in /tmp.
2. cd /tmp
3. chmod 775 perfcollect.sh
4. ./perfcollect.sh
5. The script will generate an output file under /tmp/file_xxx.txt.
6. Contact HP's technical support as to where to send the output file. Reference Progress's case number 3202239620.
