CHANGE:
Migrated from 9.1B using directio to 9.1D using directio.
CAUSE:
Progress directio parameter in conjunction with HP patch PHKL_27183 causes CPU bottleneck on system.
The issue has been reported to HP in service call (3202239620).
FIX:
Remove -directio
