FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Accessing message body of an e-mail works without problems
After accessing the AddressEntry property of an e-mail (the e-mail address), the application hangs
AddressEntry handle returns as valid
Correct email address is returned
Application stops processing on completion of the procedure, displaying as "Process not responding" in TaskManager
Only partial stack trace files are generated by the crash
Stack trace from PROWIN32 reads:
Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION
MAPI and CDO are installed on the production server
Outlook installed as "Internet Only" on the server
Using new version of application after upgrade
CHANGE:
Upgraded from Progress 8.3B to Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
MAPI spooler (mapisp32.exe) component was not installed on the server
FIX:
Use a "Corporate" installation of Outlook to ensure that the MAPI spooler (mapisp32.exe) component is installed
