SYMPTOM(s):
Errors 138 and 1422 after forcing entry into a database.
The proutil forced option (-F) was used prior to starting the database.
<TableName> record not on file. (138)
Index <indexname> in <tablename> for recid <recid> could not be deleted. (1422)
CAUSE:
The forced option should only be used as a last resort when trying to gain access to the database.
Once the forced option has been used, the database is no-longer supported by Progress due to it's unknown state until it has been dumped and loaded.
The forced option has corrupted the database.
FIX:
Either restore the database from backup.
OR
Dump and load your database.
