SYMPTOM(s):
Progress files reported "in use" when running a Win32 files backup
Files admserv.log cmdplugin.log NS1.ns.log in use
ProService stopped
Progress Explorer not used
AdminService started automatically on reboot
CAUSE:
If you are not using "Admin Server" (through Progress Explorer) then you can stop AdminService
FIX:
Stop Services "AdminService for Progress 9.1x".
