SYMPTOM(s):
A partial audit trail remains, pointing to a record that no longer exists when audit trail is turn off.
Record is added when the audit trail is turn on.
Record is deleted when the audit trail has been turn off.
CAUSE:
This is expected behaviour. If auditing was on at the time of the changes, those audit records should be kept.
FIX:
None.
