No error message appears
Icon's target is pointing to the correct path of %DLC%\bin\jvmStartw.exe -f "%DLC%\sqlexp.prm"
HKey_local_machine/PSC/Progress/9.1x/Startup folder did not exist.
CAUSE:
The installation of Progress is Corrupt.
FIX:
Manually remove the Progress installation and reinstalled.
