FIX:
Turn on the TOP-ONLY attribute for the frame in your SmartFrame by following the steps:
1. Select menu "Tools" -> "Property Sheet"
2. Select "Edit Master"
3. Select "Advanced"
4. Turn on the TOP-ONLY attribute.
