Upon closing a .w, Appbuilder prompts for file to be saved even when no changes were made
A warning message is displayed indicating the window has changes which have not been saved.
.w (file) was not changed before it was closed
Only occurs when the file contains a smart toolbar

FIX:
This issue does not exist in the later versions of Dynamics and OpenEdge. Please upgrade to the following releases;
Dynamics 2.0A02 and higher, including Dynamics 2.1A & OE 10.0A
