FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Laser printer.
Standard Results settings are in effect.
Not all the records available from Print Preview are printed to hard copy.
Adjustments to the standard paper sizes make no difference.
FIX:
Start up GUI-Results and select Options > Customer > PageSize. Once there, change the page size from standard to 57 or 58. Since most laser printers use less than 66 lines, decreasing the amount of lines on the report will make sure that the printout shows the same records as the Print Preview.
