V7 cursor in bottom right corner of screen
When upgrading from V6 to V7/V8 of progress, customers are finding
that the cursor keeps sitting in the bottom righthand corner of the
screen.
This is due to changes in the screen handling.
To workaround this issue you need to add two additional lines into
the relevant protermcap entry that you are mapped to:
