How to look up a kbase article by article number
If you want to look up a knowledgebase article by article number, go
to the opening menu of TechMIS and select the following:
S. System Menus
K. Knowledgebase Menu
K. Maintain Knowledgebase Entries
Then right arrow over to "show" and press enter.
A dialog box will appear prompting you for the specific article
number.
