Report Engine - WinExec errors in ProExec.dll
Symptom:
When running the Report Engine (_printrb.p or prore.p) occasionally
you may get the following error:
"Can not start Report Engine - WinExec error ##### occured.
Each time the Report Engine is run you get the same error but a
different number.
(The error is usually a large negative number.)
The Report still runs OK.
This error is due to return value not being trapped correctly.
This error occurs in version 8.0A, 8.0A02 and 8.1A.
Workaround: The error message can usually be stopped by
rebooting the machine.
Fixed: This is fixed in version 8.1B.
