SYMPTOM(s):
AppBuilder does not allow quick search in Section Editor's 'Procedures' drop-down list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open AppBuilder.
2. Open a new smart window.
3. Open the section editor.
4. Select Procedures.
5. Click the drop-down button to see the list of available procedures.
6. While the list is open, type the first letter of a Procedure.
7. Observe the section editor opening the first procedure regardless of the
letter typed.
8. Do the same with the 'SECTION' or 'TRIGGERS' and you will see that the
short cut works. That is the section editor jumps to the first object whose
name starts with the letter typed by the user.
CAUSE:
Bug number 20040527-050 has been logged for this issue.
FIX:
This behavior has been the same since Progress version 8.x. This enhancement feature has been implemented in OpenEdge 10.x.
