proutil -C dump table
Just upgraded progress from 8.2C to 8.3E03
Doing a single user connection with 8.3E03 results in the same system error

CAUSE:
The database has never been open with a proserve before the proutil or single user session. It seems the minor upgrade did not occur as expected. (Just doing a proserve with 8.3E should flag the Database as being of version 8.3E)
FIX:
Did a dummy proserve and proshut. Then the proutil or single user session do not make problem.
