FIX:
The Baltic codepage 1257 and Lithuanian sorting were introduced into Progress in Progress 9.1A. However support for Latvian collation was only introduced with Progress 9.1C.
Unfortunately Progress does not support Estonian collation, but the ICU collation ICU-et can be used with the UTF-8 client in OpenEdge 10.
