Application GPF's when attempting to print to Windows XP machines
Application prints successfully from Windows 2000 machines
Protrace files contain only memory locations
CHANGE:
Installed new IBM machines which have Windows XP (SP1) installed
CAUSE:
The report program used the CSSPIN32.OCX ActiveX Control and the version that was being used (4.30) is not compatible with Windows XP.
FIX:
Obtain version 4.50 of the CSSPIN32.OCX ActiveX Control from Sax Software (or from an OpenEdge 10.x installation if you happen to have one)
