GOAL:
Can I create a report on the AppServer and print it there?
FIX:
Yes, simply pass in the UNC name for the printer you want to print to and have your 4GL code on the AppServer output to that printer (i.e. OUTPUT TO VALUE(UNC_Name) PAGED) then simply generate your report as normal.
