PROGRESS_RECID column created within Oracle Database via dataserver migration utility
Non-dataserver Oracle users have access to the tables created by Oracle dataserver
CAUSE:
By default, Progress creates the PROGRESS_RECID with a valid unique number. Non-dataserver users have added records without specifying a value to PROGRESS_RECID or have changed/created records by incorrectly setting the PROGRESS_RECID to null values.
FIX:
Ensure PROGRESS_RECID value for all rows within the database does not contain NULL values.
