Can not start Appserver, it sends errors (8100), (8108) and (8117).
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
Started server: <serverStartupCmdLine> (8108)
IOException reading message from server : <IOException_string> (8117)
Appserver connects remotely to the database

CHANGE:
An Appserver broker definition is being added.
CAUSE:
Ubroker.properties got corrupted when manually edited.
FIX:
Restore an ubroker.properties backup and add an Appserver using the Progress Explorer Tool.
