FACT(s) (Environment):
Translation Manager
SYMPTOM(s):
Error 103 trying to run translation manager after install
** Could not open file <file-name>. (103)
** Could not open file C:\TM\setup.tab. (103)
CAUSE:
Translation Manager has been installed without any Development license product. The Translation Manager product has a prerequisite that a Development license (Provision, Provision Plus or 4GL Development) is also installed.
FIX:
Obtain a Development license and install this with the Tran Man license.
