SYMPTOM(s):
Installation of Progress patch aborts with the only message being: "Please contact tech support"
CAUSE:
AIX can cache shared libraries which may have to be unloaded manually to be able to install Progress patches.
FIX:
Run the command "slibclean" as the "root" user.
