No, a single Progress OpenEdge product footprint can not be downloaded unless it is a free deployment product or WebClient.
The current Progress OpenEdge download contains all OpenEdge products and it must be downloaded in its entirety.
A single Progress OpenEdge product may be install on a given machine using the complete download with the correct serial number and control codes.
