Dynamics: Exporting to Excel can show cells displaying hashes '##..##' instead of the text
In cases where field contains more than 255 characters the value of a
cell is displayed as "########...####" when exporting from Dynamics
to Excel.
CAUSE:
This is expected Excel behavior.
FIX:
Make sure that exported fields do not exceed 255 characters, or change the
required column format to 'General' instead of the 'Text'.
