Status: Unverified
FACT(s) (Environment):
Roundtable 9.x
SYMPTOM(s):
Roundtable 9.1D
Getting error when login to Roundtable
USER LIMIT OF <Number of users> HAS BEEN EXCEEDED
Number of current connected users do not exceed the available license count
i.e. number of users connected = 4
number of licenses = 5
CAUSE:
User disconnected improperly causing their login information to remain within an application table that maintains logins, thus preventing additional users from login.
The user session will be automatically deleted if Roundtable client disconnects appropriately
FIX:
1. Log in as 'sysop'
2. choose 'Admin/Session Information'
3. This will bring up a maintenance window where it is possible to delete old log-ins that did not get deleted because of an improper shutdown of the Roundtable client
