SYMPTOM(s):
Umlaut characters not appearing on print report after upgrade
Strange characters printed instead of German Umlaut characters.
CHANGE:
Upgraded from 7.3E to 8.3E
CAUSE:
Printer had been changed while upgrading and it had not been set up correctly, codepage, Font etc.
FIX:
Correct the printer settings.
