Intersolv ODBC V2.5: Local OID + Local DB in single-user
This is a Datasource sample for an intersolv V2.5 ODBC driver
configuration with a local OID running in single user mode on a
progress database.
1. Pre-requisite:

For this configuration, the database is located in the æ
C:\work\odbc-16\Æ directory on your PC.
2. Connection Path:
---------------
Intersolv ODBC Driver

+-> Local OID from the Progress product installed
|
+-> Progress Database
3. Basic settings for the driver:

Data source Name: LOID LSU Progress
Description: Local OID + Local DB in single user mode
Database Name: sports
User ID: (if you need one!)
OID/OIB Connection Options:
OID/OIB Location: Local
Protocol: WIPC
Service Name: blah-service
Host Name:
Database Connection Options:
Database Access Mode: Direct
Protocol:
Service Name:
Host Name:
Database Path: c:\work\odbc-16Database Operating System: Windows
4. Notes on this configuration:

- The service named 'blah-service' is only here for syntax checking.
It can be replaced by any string.
- At the end of the Database Path, don't forget the '\'
