SYMPTOM(s):
Installing the Dynamics Service Pack fails with error about property not being found in the registry
The error displayed is: "unable to verify ..... properties not found in registry"
CAUSE:
Dynamics Service Pack installation was attempted on an older version of
Dynamics installation.
FIX:
Apply the Dynamics Service Pack only for the same Dynamics major release version.
For example, the Dynamics 2.1A02 service pack can be installed only on
Dynamics 2.1A installation and not on the versions 2.0A or 1.1A.
