SYMPTOM(s):
Databases are displayed as stopped in Progress Explorer, but they are all started.
All databases are started with DBMAN - 'dbman -start dbname'.
Database status is also shown as stopped from "dbman -query dbname" on UNIX
Database status not showing up in Progress Explorer.
