Print Preview Button Not Enabled
Print Preview button is not enabled in standard containers, eg. Country Control
CAUSE:
In the Toolbar and Menu Designer the upgraded ICFDB still had: PrintPreviewActive=yes
RecordState=RecordAvailable
in the enable rule
In a newly created ICFDB with the button correctly enabled the enable rule just had:
RecordState=RecordAvailable
FIX:
Remove the PrintPreviewActive=yes from the enable rule and button enables correctly
