FACT(s) (Environment):

Progress 9.1x
SYMPTOM(s):
Can not change the location of installation directory.
Browse button to change the default installation directory is grayed out.
Previous version of Progress was removed before installing newer version.
CAUSE:
The DLC environment variable is still pointing to the previous installation of Progress.
FIX:
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1) Remove the existing DLC environment variable.
2) Reboot the Win32 machine.
3) Perform the installation again.
