9.1C is on the same machine
uses .pf to connect to 8.3D database
CHANGE:
upgraded to 9.1D
CAUSE:
The pf file contained the -p parameter to web-disp.p using a fully qualified path name which pointed to the 9.1C installation.
FIX:
Remove the fully qualified path name from web-disp.p so that the correct version of the file will be run
