NLM database will not start / load - no errors

If you cannot start a database on the NLM platform (version 6 or
version 7), and return immediately to the console prompt without
seeing any errors, check to see if you are using the -autoexit
option on your load line.

If you are using the -autoexit option, any errors that occur when
the database cannot be loaded go by on the screen too quickly to read.
If you remove the -autoexit option you should be able to see the
error messages that are preventing the database from starting.

The purpose of the -autoexit option is to eliminate the "Press any key
to close screen" message that appears when the database is shut down.
