Why use the index analysis utility?
What causes a low percentage of utilization?
When an index splits, that is, Progress inserts records into the
database. If there is not enough room in a given block for the
entire record, the index is split into two indexes. The split
may not happen evenly. Or records were deleted from the database,
and then added to the database. Thre may be free space in the
database
