Connecting to the foreign database using the -Dsrv MSS_PRESERVE_CURS,1 switch
CAUSE:
Bug# 20040504-031
FIX:
1- Upgrade to Progress 9.1D09 or OpenEdge 10.0B
2- If migrating is not possible for some reason, then use the MSS_PRESERVE_CURS,1 and BINDING,0 DataServer parameters all together
