Moving in a SDB does not keep a viewer and navigation toolbar synchronized
Using the navigation toolbar buttons repairs the situation

CAUSE:
The real cause of this problem has not been identified at the time of writing:
Scenario seen with this problem:
Page 0 with StandardToolbarA navigation source of SDOa
Page 2 with SDOa + SDBa
Page 3 with SDVa SDOb SDVb SDBb StandardToolBarB navigation source of SDOb
+ SDOa is datasource of SDOb
Going to Page 3 with Page 2 not initialized yet. Dynamics is smart enough to start SDOa because required parent of SDOb, but the SDOb seems to not working correctly with its linked objects.
Selecting Page 2 repairs the problem
This problem could not be reproduced outside of the application that hit it.
FIX:
Initializing page 2 and 3 with container property initialPageList set to "2,3" solved the problem
