Login into Roundtable generates error
Serial/Control number is not valid for this product
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
The user needs to enter their new serial number and control codes for Roundtable 9.1D
Follow these steps to update the license information:
1. Choose Help>About form the Tabletop menu.
2. The About Roundtable dialog box appears.
3. Choose the Update Record button to enable the Site Information fields.
4. Fill in the values, and then choose the Save Record button.
