Roundtable - Creating Encrypted Deployments
The Developer's Toolkit from Progress Software is required for
creating any sort of encrypted deployment from Roundtable.
Without the Developer's Toolkit, only Source and Partner
deployments can be made.
Although the Developer's Toolkit can be installed in any directory,
it must be installed into your DLC directory for it to work with

Roundtable. Specifically, the program xcodproc.dll must be found

either in DLC\BIN or in windows\system.
